The roasted root veg will differ according to the best produce available from our local veg suppliers. We mainly use celeriac, heritage carrots, Jerusalem artichokes and squash. Each root vegetable is roasted individually to perfection in garlic and herbs before being 'stuck' together with roasted pine nut paste and wrapped in blanched rainbow chard before being encased in vegan puff pastry ready for you to bake at home.
